Booking Term and Conditions

Booking and Payments:

Reservations done through Best o Turkey Tours constitute full knowledge and acceptance of all terms and conditions on issue of deposit or payment received by Best of Turkey Tours towards a confirmed travel package or service.

Visas and Documentation:

Each traveller must have a valid passport with at least 6 months minimum validity before it expires. The traveller is responsible for obtaining information about entry requirements and visas for the countries to which they are traveling.

Personal Travel Insurance:

Best of Turkey Tours provides only travel insurance which covers accidents or incidents during your stay in Turkey. Passengers are advised to obtain their own travel insurance for health or baggage loss.

Changes in Your Program

Best of Turkey Tours reserves the right to change your current hotels, domestic flights, ferry and bus tickets without a notice as some situations are beyond our control. Extra fees and penalties will apply on any flight, hotel, tour or schedule changes made by the clients during touring.

Tip and Taxes:

Tips to guides, drivers, hotel staff etc.  are not included in package costs and are at your own discretion. Additional taxes, security charges or any other fees collected by governments, airports, airlines and other entities are not included unless specifically listed as included features.

Not Included on the price:

The following is a list of some major items not included in the rates:

Room service charges, items not on portions of menus reserved for Best of Turkey Tours passengers, laundry, beverages, alcoholic and otherwise, items of a personal nature, airport departure taxes and any other items not specifically listing in the package rate includes section.

Tour Meeting Point

Best of Turkey Tours trips begin and end at the appropriate local airport if our guest does not require any specific place.

Accommodations

Tour accommodations are based on twin/double share accommodation for single travellers – single supplement is required.

Complaints

Any complaints must be reported immediately within 24 hours to the Tour Leader who will do everything possible to resolve the matter.
